Construction Advisory Committee
The Construction Advisory Committee advises on best practices that will improve construction quality and/or reduce costs. Advice includes purchasing processes, construction methods, staff management, and project management concepts.
Land Acquisition Advisory Committee
The Land Acquisition Advisory Committee advises on legal and technical support to evaluate project feasibility and make purchase/development recommendations to the board to ensure the availability of suitable build sites for future Habitat homes.
Advocacy Committee
The Advocacy Committee raises awareness of housing issues affecting Dane County and beyond. Support, advise, and participate in advocacy initiatives to help us create the policies that will allow more individuals to afford the cost of home.
ReStore Advisory Committee
The ReStore Advisory Committee provides advice and guidance on best practices that will improve ReStore operations and performance. Topics might include donation process improvements, volunteer management advances, customer service enhancement, and marketing suggestions.
Development Committee
The Development Committee provides advice and feedback on fundraising activities. Topics to be coordinated by this committee may include fundraising campaigns, fundraising events, and cultivation of major donors and supporters.
