Team Building Opportunities
For many of our neighbors in Dane County, homeownership is out of reach — your sponsorship and volunteerism helps keep homes affordable for local families.
As a sponsor, you’ll create new homeownership opportunities by providing financial and volunteer resources to help build new homes in Dane County. Our current build sites include:
- Madison: Owl Creek Neighborhood
- Stoughton
- Oregon
- Sun Prairie: Town Hall Crossing Neighborhood

Frame Up
Sponsorship: $15,000
This is the ultimate wall-raising event, but your team will have to build them first! Host a build day in YOUR parking lot by building all of the interior and exterior walls of a future Habitat home. Your staff will have the opportunity to meet and work shoulder-to-shoulder with the future homeowner who will live in the home you are building.
- Exclusive build day for your organization in your parking lot
- Co-branded T-shirts, lunch & a commemorative photo
- Participation in the home dedication ceremony with company remarks & logo
- Build-site signage in front of the home in recognition of your support displayed for a year
- Recognition on Habitat’s social media channels & in Habitat’s annual report (including company logo)
- Priority scheduling for volunteers on build sites and at Habitat ReStore
Rock the Block
Sponsorship: $15,000
Help homeowners beautify their block through projects that boost curb appeal and repair critical issues.
- Build day for your organization in a Rock the Block neighborhood for groups of 40-60 volunteers
- On-site company logo signage in recognition of support
- Co-branded T-shirts, lunch & commemorative group photo
- Recognition on Habitat’s social media channels & in Habitat’s annual report (including company logo)
- Priority scheduling for volunteers on build sites and Habitat ReStores
Team Up
Sponsorship: $2,500-$5,000
Strengthen team spirit as staff from all levels communicate, cooperate and work together to help build or repair a Habitat home.
- Exclusive build day for your organization at our build site for groups of up to 24 volunteers
- Lunch & a commemorative group photo
- Invitation to home dedication ceremony
- Recognition on Habitat’s social media channels & in Habitat’s annual report
Group Build Days
Reservation Fee: Free
Does your team want to build or repair a home without any of the extras? Habitat has opportunities for groups of up to eight volunteers.
- Eight company volunteer participants per location, free
- Enhance your experience with T-shirts, lunch an photography for a $1,000 sponsorship
ReStore Group Work Days
Help Habitat ReStore stock, measure, and consolidate merchandise.
- Six company volunteer participants per location, FREE
- Available at ReStore East & ReStore West
- Orientation about Habitat ReStore’s mission
