Groups play a huge part in our mission, because it takes a big community to build a community. Bring your team and build with us. Or, you can complete important projects at Habitat ReStore. No experience is necessary – we’ll teach you how to complete the work and find tasks for all skill levels.

Invite us to come to your organization or group and we can discuss a variety of topics that support affordable housing.

Sponsor a Team Volunteer Day

Support Habitat’s mission by sponsoring a group build day for your team or organization. Sponsored group build days are a great team-building experience that will leave your group with a shared sense of pride from the lasting impact that comes from building a home with your own hands. All skill levels are encouraged to join and each group is led by a professional construction site supervisor who will teach all you need to know to complete the tasks at hand.

Your build day helps cover building costs and pushes our construction closer to completion.

Building homes and completing home repair projects are a big investment, especially as the cost of land and construction materials continues to rise. Your donation helps us supply materials, training and supervision. We are especially appreciative of organizations that can help defray the high costs of land and building materials, through a donation paired with a volunteer day. Thank you!

Volunteer at Habitat ReStore

Schedule a day to volunteer with your coworkers, organizational members, or friends. We can host groups of four to eight volunteers at our East and West side locations. Tasks may include prepping (cleaning, pricing assembling) items for the store floor, organizing the sales floor or processing areas, loading/unloading donations, sorting hardware, and more!
