Partnering with Habitat for Humanity gives corporations, congregations, foundations, organizations and businesses an opportunity to work together to build safe, decent and affordable housing. There is no better way to embrace diversity, encourage cooperation or build teams than to participate in shared Habitat for Humanity experiences.
Home Sponsorships
Home sponsors build hope in Dane County by providing the funding to construct a specific home with a Habitat family. Not only do Habitat partner families benefit from the financial support of house sponsorships, but you, your family, or your organization will be enriched by the experience of supporting a hard-working, low-income family in the construction of their new home.
Sponsorships cover the average out-of-pocket cost of a Habitat home of $90,000. Each sponsorship to build a Habitat home multiples each year as the homeowner’s mortgage payments get “paid forward” to build more affordable homes. In addition to full-house sponsorships, partial home sponsorships are also available. Multi-year pledges are welcome to fit your philanthropic budget. More information
Panel Build Sponsorships
Panel Build sponsors enjoy a build day for 24 to 100 employees-usually right in their parking lot! In about half a day, your team will frame the exterior and interior walls of a Habitat house while participating in an exciting day of team building. Working together for a common goal, your employees will build communication, planning and leadership skills. Some businesses choose to partner on panel builds with their vendors, clients, or nearby businesses. More information
Tool Trailer Sponsorships
Habitat is currently in need of four 16 foot enclosed cargo trailers to move and store tools for our volunteers on construction sites. Your sponsorship, or donation of a trailer, will include your logo on these mini-moving billboards. More information
Habitat Young Professionals Annual Golf Outing & Social Sponsorships
Our Habitat Young Professionals group (HYP) hosts an annual golf outing for 120 golfers. Several sponsorship levels are available, with most including a four-some for golf at Hawks Landing. The 4th Annual HYP Golf Outing & Social will be held Monday, June 3 at Hawks Landing.
